Independent Schools Association of the Southwest
Challenge: Create a webinar to help schools learn how to create a school-wide approach to social impact programming.
Solution: I built an hour long webinar for schools in the ISAS region.
Result: Many schools learned valuable tools and followed up with me afterward to attend the social impact lab and learn more. -
United to Learn
Challenge: Build a program for teens around the city to come together to work on issues surrounding education equity and build an escape room to accompany this work.
Solution: Created a year-long program for schools around the city to come together, facilitated the workshops, the pitches and the facilitation of the escape room.Result: Over 1,000 Dallas students from across public and private high schools have participated in United to Lead, Teen Fellows, Opportunity Gap program, escape room and other city wide programs. Wichita Collegiate School
Challenge: Building leadership integrated service and a culture of students who lead lives of impact was the overarching goal. Creating mission aligned programs, goals and outcomes, communication plan and roll out of programming and creating a culture of social impact
Solution: Worked with many teachers, administrators and coordinators to implement an overarching plan for the school to shift culture.

Closeup and International Coalition of Girls Schools
Challenge: Creating joint program with Close UP, and the International Coalition of Girls’s Schools during covid to bring young women together to discuss purpose and impact.
Solution: We created a very successful advocacy program for over 1,000 middle and upper school girls from all around the country that came together weekly for an entire year.
Result: Students developed amazing projects together across the country and were able to keep making their voice heard. The program now exists in person which you can view here.
